1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Lokka iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lokka grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on iOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. On-Device AI & Disclaimer of Warranties
Lokka uses on-device machine learning algorithms (including CLIP visual models, OCR handwriting recognition, and facial detection) to search and organize your media library. Because AI models operate probabilistically, search results, OCR transcriptions, and AI assistant responses are provided “as is” without warranty of absolute accuracy.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and documents in your Apple Photo Library. You are solely responsible for backing up your data and ensuring your use of Lokka complies with local laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lokka and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Lokka after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such updates.
